Suggested Use

Take 1 to 2 pumps (approx. 0.5–1 mL) by mouth three times daily. Hold in the mouth for 30–90 seconds before swallowing, ideally on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals. Use within 60 days of opening or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
